stress in the work place

Went to a seminar today and the first speaker was how to relieve stress in the workplace~

suggested journaling~ writing down the stress (or the people that drive you crazy!!) :)
writing down a list of things you want to accomplish for the week and label them in order of importance! Laugh every day! stand in front of the mirror and tell your self how much you love yourself! Celebrate the small things that you get done!

So, I say, CELEBRATE! Make it your day!!
